I have recently been called to be a Pastors wife. Me, Pennie! A Pastor's wife! (I am still in
awe!) It is a journey that I have come to realize that the Lord had for me since the beginning of
time. Now through many trails, a surrendered heart, and a lot of prayer, He is beginning to use
me in ways I never thought possible. As I begin this ministry I want to encourage you to be the
woman God has called you to be.
As we embark on this adventure we call life, it is important for us to remember who is
responsible for our lives here on earth. We are not here by accident! We are here by a divine
appointment of God. You were preordained from the beginning of time, to be a woman! He
designed everything about you: Palms 139:14 You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Your
color, your size, your shape, your personality, and even your geographical location. It is all part
of His perfect plan for you. A plan to use you, to spread His message, and share His love. 1
Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding
in the work of the Lord.
"I am the Alpha and the Omega the beginning and the end, says the Lord."(Revelation 1:8) He
knew that when He made you a woman, and when you surrendered your life and followed Him,
you would do great and mighty things for His glory. The Lord knew He would be able to mold
and shape you more into His image, and in turn, you would reflect His love to others around
you.

Everything we do as Christian women needs to be done with one thing in mind. How can I show
my Lord I love Him today. You have a calling, we all do, and our Lord is looking all across the
world, trying to find anyone willing to be used by Him. We are all called to be doers of the Word
not hearers only. James 1:22
You might be thinking I can't be used by God. He wouldn't want to use me. I am not spiritual
enough, or I don't know the Bible enough, or one of my favorites I am not worthy. "(You might
be saying now If you only knew how I yelled at my kids this morning in the car, or how I treat
my husband during that special time of the month.)"
Well ladies I have news for you: we all fall short of the glory of God: Romans 3:23, we all are
not spiritual enough, all of us could know more of the Word,and we all can blow it from time to
time. ( If your anything like me you blow it most of the time.) For a righteous man (woman)
may fall seven times we rise again. Proverbs 24:16 Our Lord knows our weaknesses but through
our weaknesses we are made strong in Him, and if we confess our sins He is faithful and just to
forgive us. 1st John 1:9 Once we confess our failures, to the Lord, He does not remember them
anymore. He is ready to use us, to do His will, through our lives.
Be of good cheer sisters, we have many promises we can take hold of from the Bible. We can
do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Philippians 4:13 It does not say some things or a
few thing it says all things. Everything God wants you to do for Him is possible, with God all
things are possible, Matthew 19:26 we just need to be a willing vessel and He will do the work.
Are you willing to be used by God? He is calling you! Jesus has work for you to do and
it's time to get started.

has in store for you. Begin by praying daily for the Lords will in your life. Let Him know you
are ready to be used by Him. Ask and keep on asking, seek and you will find, knock and it will
be opened for you. Matthew 7:7 Are you called to be :
